A retainer that watches your AWS account for spend, waste, exposure, access, backups, renewals and resilience. Someone reviews what it finds, ranks it, and offers to fix what matters. You approve each fix before anything changes.

Every Watchdog check runs once over your account. You get written findings within five working days of the read-only role being created, reviewed before they're sent, and you keep them whether you continue or not.
Each finding says what it is, how long it has been true, and whether we can fix it for you.

If you are paying €600 to €2,300 a month for managed AWS oversight, you are paying for someone's time to read consoles. That part is now cheap. An MSP retainer usually also covers patching and on-call. Watchdog doesn't, and fixes are quoted per job rather than bundled, so it isn't a like-for-like swap, just a much cheaper way to get the monitoring part done.
The labour is automated. The judgment is not. You keep your MSP for the work they actually do, or you keep the difference.

Watching is read-only: the role Watchdog uses cannot create, modify or delete anything. Fix work gets its own access, granted for the job and removed after.
Builds and fixes are scoped and quoted up front. Watchdog prices are published, with no setup fee. Onboarding is one IAM role and a fifteen-minute call.
No annual term, no exit conversation. Send an email and the role gets deleted.
We will not promise savings or an incident-free year. The guarantee is that the work happens, on schedule, and you see the output.
Whoever reads your digests on Reviewed and Priority answers the email and does the fix work. There is no portal, no tier one, and no handover.
